By accessing or using Escapero, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional policies referenced in this page.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your account.

3. Membership plans and billing

Escapero offers recurring membership plans. Pricing, billing frequency, and included features may vary by plan and by market.

Membership renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.

4. Travel services and third-party suppliers

Escapero may provide access to inventory and rates from third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity providers.

Supplier terms, availability, and fulfillment conditions apply to each booking and may include additional restrictions outside Escapero control.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use Escapero in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the platform or other users.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, content, software, design elements, and platform materials remain property of Escapero or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No ownership rights are transferred to users by using the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Escapero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or travel opportunities.

Escapero total liability for any claim related to paid services is limited to amounts paid by the user during the billing cycle in which the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

Escapero may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
